This enables customers, such as caravan manufacturers and vehicle bodybuilders, to specify a one-piece plywood sheet for flooring and side panels, saving manufacturing time and reducing waste and offcuts. Also, by scarfing panels, we can produce a base size sheet for economical conversion to non-standard sized panels to customers' individual requirements, which can again cut down on waste. Both raw faced panels and phenolic resin faced panels may be scarfed. |
